Sergio Romero is Argentina's No. 1 goalkeeper and he started in all of Argentina's games at the 2010 World Cup and 2014 World Cup.

Romero has registered over 40 caps since making his debut with Argentina. 

CLUB CAREER

After starting his career with Racing in Argentina, Romero signed with AZ in the Netherlands in 2007. He spent four seasons with the club before moving on to Sampdoria in Italy. He spent the 2013-14 season on loan with Monaco before signing with Manchester United, where he currently sits behind David De Gea.
