Kah is a veteran center back who has played in MLS for Cascadian rivals Portland Timbers and now Vancouver Whitecaps. The former Norwegian international previously played professionally in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands and Norway.

INTERNATIONAL: Earned 10 caps for the Norwegian senior national team between 2001-08, scoring one goal. Kah also represented Norway at the U-21 level.

OUTSIDE MLS: Began his career with Norwegian side Valerenga, winning the Norwegian second division league title in 2001 and the domestic cup with them in 2002. Subsequently played for Swedish side AIK and then Dutch club Roda JC, playing 189 games and scoring 12 goals for the Eredivisie team. He then played for Qatari sides Al-Kohr and Qatar Sports Club, before moving to Saudi Arabian club Al-Wehda FC, leaving that club in 2013 to join the Timbers.

NOTES: Kah was born in The Gambia and moved to Norway as a child. He won the 2015 Amway Canadian Championship with the Whitecaps, buying the entire team and staff championship rings to commemorate the win, the club's first Canadian Championship title.
