Oscar Murillo

Oscar Murillo begins his professional career in the U.S. joining the Rapids from Deportes Quindio of Colombia’s top professional league. The 21-year old has played professionally throughout Colombia and Argentina and will complement the Rapids’ backline with his youth and size.

Capped as a member of Colombia’s U15 through U20 National Teams.

Murillo joins the Rapids following two seasons with Deportes Quindio of Colombia’s top professional league, where he scored two goals and registered eight assists in 42 games…Has played professionally with Argentina’s famed Boca Juniors Youth Academy in 2005, Club Atlético Lanús of the Argentine Primera Division in 2006 and spent time during the 2007 season with Centauros Villavicencio in the Colombian Second Division.
