Martin Demichelis

Martin Demichelis is a veteran centerback who is known for his aerial ability. He was a critical piece in Man City's run to the Premier League title in 2013-14. He started all five games for Argentina in the 2010 World Cup.

ARGENTINIAN NATIONAL TEAM

Demichelis has appeared sparingly for Argentina since making his international debut in 2005. He went over two years without earning a cap from September 2009 to October 2010.

CLUB CAREER

Demichelis started his career with River Plate before moving to Bayern Munich in 2003. He played with the club for seven and a half seasons, winning four Bundesliga titles. He played with Malaga before joining Man City.
