PRIOR TO NEW YORK

Gjengaar spent the last two seasons with Odds BK in Eliteserien, where he made 39 appearances and recorded seven goals and two assists. In his first season with the club, he scored five goals in 10 appearances. Gjengaar played for Odds BK II prior to the first team, and made 51 career appearances for the club.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Gjengaar has featured for Norway Youth National Teams, which includes appearances at the U-15, U-17, U-18, U-19, and U-20 level. He made his debut for the U-20's on November 17, 2023, in a 2-1 loss against Portugal U-20's.

The New York Red Bulls have completed the transfer of Norweigan winger Dennis Gjengaar from Odds BK. Gjengaar has signed a four-year MLS contract through 2027 with an option for 2028 on February 16, 2024.
