Cristian Rodríguez

Cristian Rodríguez is a left winger who featured in Uruguay's most recent Copa campaign. After a solid spell used mainly as a sub for Atletico Madrid he transferred to Independiente in 2015.

URUGUAYAN NATIONAL TEAM

Rodriguez has registered over 70 caps since making his international debut in 2003. He was not part of Uruguay's 2010 World Cup squad.

CLUB CAREER

After stints with Penarol, PSG, and Benfica, Rodriguez spent four seasons with Porto. He won the 2010-11 Europa League with the club before moving on to Atleti in 2012.
