Chris Wehan

Option declined following 2018 season.

Wehan was one of the surprise star performers in USL in 2017, winning the assists title and being named USL Rookie of the Year. He accomplished that after going undrafted in the 2017 SuperDraft and will look to make a name for himself in MLS in 2018.

COLLEGE: Wehan played collegiately at the University of New Mexico, where he recorded 31 goals and eight assists over 80 appearances.

OUTSIDE MLS: Wehan is the reigning USL Assists Champion and USL Rookie of the Year Award winner after tallying a league-high 12 assists and scoring eight goals for Reno during his first professional season. He was named a 2017 USL First-Team All-League selection in 2017. He also competed in the Premier Development League with OC Blues Strikers (2013) and Seattle Sounders FC U-23 (2014).
