Professional Experience:

2014: Spent 2014 season with the NASL's Tampa Bay Rowdies, near his hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida. Appeared in 25 league games at left back and scored one goal.

2010-13: Traded to Colorado in 2010, where he was the starting left back on the MLS Cup championship team and played with the Rapids through the 2013 season … Made seven starts down the stretch in 2010, posting one assist, and started all four playoff games, including the 2010 MLS Cup final … Selected by the Portland Timbers in the 2010 MLS Expansion Draft but was traded back to the Rapids in exchange for allocation money … Set a career high with 10 regular-season appearances, 8 starts and 719 minutes in 2011, notching one assist, but was sidelined for the second half of the season with a knee injury … Did not make an MLS appearance in 2012 due to a torn Achilles tendon and was limited to six substitute appearances as a midfielder in 2013.

2007-10: Began his professional career with FC Dallas after being selected with the No. 9 pick in the 2007 MLS SuperDraft as a Generation adidas player … Missed significant time with FC Dallas while playing for youth national teams but made 11 starts for Dallas in three-and-a-half seasons … Made MLS debut on Sept. 15, 2007, at New England … Traded to Colorado on July 30, 2010 … Made 22 appearances for FC Dallas in Reserve League play in 2007-08 … Participated in Generation adidas offseason trips in 2008 (England) and 2009 (South Africa).

International:

United States international (1 cap) … Made senior national-team debut on Jan. 22, 2011, playing 17 minutes as a substitute against Chile … One of the most experienced youth internationals in US history, playing with the US U-17 national team from 2004-06 and the US U-20 national team from 2006-09 … Wallace was named to the roster for both the 2007 and 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cups, and he started four of five games as the US reached the quarterfinals in 2007 … He missed the 2009 tournament due to injury.

College:

Played one season at the University of South Florida in 2006, starting all 19 games as a defensive midfielder and registering one assist.
