Concacaf remains focused on the continuation of the Concacaf Champions League competition, but offered no concrete plan on when and where that will occur in a press release Friday.

The confederation, though, floated the possibility of “centralizing the remaining ties in one city.” The competition was suspended in the quarterfinal stage in March due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, with 11 matches remaining to crown a champion.

Concacaf said they are “committed to concluding the 2020 Concacaf Champions League and crowning a regional champion,” with the winner earning a berth in the FIFA Club World Cup.
