Members of FC Dallas returned to Texas on Monday, a week after being withdrawn from the MLS is Back Tournament in Orlando on July 6. Members of the traveling party included individuals who had tested positive for COVID-19 upon arrival in Florida and have subsequently tested negative in multiple follow-up tests following isolation, consistent with Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance.
Members of the FC Dallas delegation to Florida who have recently tested positive for COVID-19 will remain there until they are cleared by medical officials to return to Texas. They remain isolated in their hotel rooms at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort.
FC Dallas also confirmed that they will resume training later this week.
