TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Reports

Toronto FC are being linked to Bruma in European media reports as the Portuguese winger struggles to find his top form at Dutch side PSV Eindhoven.

With Michael Bradley having signed a new contract that shifts him out of Designated Player status due to the use of Targeted Allocation Money, TFC have a DP slot open and Bruma, 25, could provide a major shot in the arm in a position of need for the Reds.

Born in Guinea-Bissau and raised mostly in Portugal, Bruma (full name Armindo Tue Na Bangna) rose through Sporting CP's system and shot to prominence with a series of devastating displays in the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup that led to a transfer to Turkey's Galatasaray that fall.

A fleet-footed wide player with ample trickery on the ball, he's also plied his trade in the Bundesliga with RB Leipzig and on a loan stint at Real Sociedad in La Liga. PSV reportedly paid an eight-figure transfer fee to acquire him last summer; he carries UEFA Champions League and Europa League experience and has graduated to Portugal's senior squad.
