2019 MLS Regular Season - Week 2
Seattle Sounders FC vs. Colorado Rapids
CenturyLink Field - Seattle
March 9 - 10:00 PM ET
STREAMING: MLS LIVE on ESPN+ (US), DAZN (Canada)
The Seattle Sounders and Colorado Rapids combined for seven goals in Week 1 wins, so the Western Conference foes could be in line for a goal explosion Saturday night at CenturyLink Field.
Led by Jordan Morris, who struck for a brace in a triumphant return from injury, the Sounders cruised to a 4-1 home win over expansion side FC Cincinnati last weekend. The Rapids rallied from going down a man and trailing late to tie the Timbers, 3-3, on rookie striker Andre Shinyashiki's stoppage-time goal.
The Sounders swept the club's two meetings a year ago, winning 4-0 at home last September.
