Mavinga hands to face/head/neck
The Disciplinary Committee has found Toronto FC defender Chris Mavinga in violate of the league's policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent. The incident in question took place in the 90+ minute of Toronto's match against Philadelphia on March 2. As a result, Mavinga has been fined an undisclosed amount.
