Orlando City SC are mulling a move for experienced Royal Excel Mouscron center back Bruno Godeau, according to a Belgian media report.
Voetbalnieuws.be reported on Monday that the Lions are interested in Godeau, 26, who is currently enjoying a strong season with Mouscron after injury struggles at previous stops in his career like Oostende and Zulte-Waregem.
A Belgian youth international during his younger days, Godeau already has a link to Orlando and MLS, having been a teammate of Lions midfielder Sacha Kljestan at Anderlecht several years ago.
Orlando have been remaking their roster this winter in the wake of a miserable 2018 campaign that saw them finish in last place in the Eastern Conference with an 8-22-4 record.
