Former New York Red Bulls defender Matt Miazga has been loaned out from Chelsea again, this time to Reading FC side that is fighting for survival in the English League Championship.
This will be the US international center back's third loan stop since arriving at Chelsea, having previously spent time at Vitesse in the Dutch Eredivisie and with Nantes in Ligue 1.
After playing significant minutes in both previous destinations, Miazga arrives with 18 matches remaining to help Reading solidify safety in England's second flight.
The Royals entered the weekend third-from-bottom in the 24-team division. The bottom three at the end of the season are relegated to League One, England's third tier.
