Allianz Field is starting to get closer and closer to completion.
Minnesota United FC released the latest update for their soon-to-be home as the interior continues to be furnished. Check it out.
The 19,400-capacity seat stadium has already passed the halfway point of construction in May and Minnesota executives can hardly contain their excitement for the finished product.
“The thing that is really phenomenal for those who have been looking at [the construction closely] is how the stadium truly does reflect the design,” Loons owner Bill McGuire said in May.
Allianz Field construction is still on track and on budget for a mid-April 2019 home opener and has already been chosen as a host venue of the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup next July.
