The Philadelphia Union may have seen a four-match unbeaten run ended when they were reduced to nine men in this weekend's loss at Atlanta.
But Philadelphia have picked up another victory via Ilsinho, who has won the AT&T Goal of the Week for Week 14 following his impressive opener in a 3-1 midweek victory over the Chicago Fire.
Ilsinho sliced through two defenders before firing a perfectly placed shot beyond 'keeper Patrick McLain for his third goal of the season and 34 percent of the GOTW vote. The midfielder narrowly beat out wingback Tyrone Mears, who got 29 percent of the vote for his ferocious equalizer in Minnesota United's 4-1 loss at Sporting Kansas City.
Montreal's Jeisson Vargas (15 percent), Colorado's Edgar Castillo (12 percent) and Dallas' Ryan Hollingshead (10 percent) rounded out the field.
