Klaus might be coming to town.
According to a report from contra.gr, Greek striker Stefanos Athanasiadis is weighing potentially making a move to MLS. No teams were identified as being interested in the 28-year-old Athanasiadis, whose nickname is Klaus, but he is reportedly intrigued by the league's style of play and the quality of life that can be had in the United States and Canada.
Athanasiadis has spent the last few months playing for Israeli club Maccabi Haifa, but the bulk of his career has been at Greek power PAOK. The veteran forward also has international experience, as he has previously suited up for Greece's national team.
