Reports out of Argentina on Tuesday indicate Columbus Crew SC are interested in a teenage left back.
Milton Valenzuela, 19, plays at Newell's Old Boys in the Argentina Primera, and is reportedly drawing interest from Columbus, with Argentine journalist Hernan Cabrera, among others, reporting that the MLS team has gone so far as to make an offer for the youngster.
Valenzuela has spent his entire pro career to date with Newell's and is a native of Rosario. He's made 13 first-team appearances for the club since making his debut in February 2016, helping Newell's to a Copa Sudamericana berth after finishing 9th in the 30-team league in the 2016-17 season.
