Major League Soccer announced on Friday that the Houston Dynamo-Sporting Kansas City match initially scheduled for Saturday at BBVA Compass Stadium will be postponed until Wednesday, Oct. 11 due to the impending arrival of Hurricane Harvey on the Texas Gulf Coast.
Hurricane Harvey is expected to become a Category 3 storm with winds of at least 111 mph by the time it makes landfall late Friday or early Saturday.
Houston and SKC are scheduled to kick off their Oct. 11 make-up match at 8 pm ET at BBVA Compass Stadium.
