The Colorado Rapids and Seattle Sounders will meet in the Western Conference Championship after securing their places on Sunday.
Colorado will be hoping to earn their third MLS Cup appearance team history, while the Sounders are still looking for the first.
The two teams have not met in MLS since May, before Seattle's surge to the Audi 2016 MLS Cup Playoffs, but Colorado took both games between the two this season. Seattle have dominated the series historically, winning 13 of 20 all-time meetings.
