It's become one of the staples of the MLS preseason schedule: the four-team Portland preseason tournament at Providence Park, this year called the Simple Invitational.
The 2015 edition will see the host Portland Timbers do battle with their Cascadia rivals Vancouver Whitecaps, the Chicago Fire and Norwegian side Stabæk, coached by former US national team head coach Bob Bradley, who also led the Chicago Fire to their only MLS Cup triumph in 1998.
The round-robin of matches consists of three doubleheaders beginning Sunday (Feb. 22), followed by a Wednesday matchday (Feb. 25) and wrapping up on Saturday (Feb. 28).
All matches will be streamed live, beginning on Sunday with Chicago vs. Stabæk (5:30 pm ET, live on Chicago-Fire.com or CSNChicago.com) and Portland vs. Vancouver (8 pm ET, PortlandTimbers.com) .
