The 2013 AT&T MLS Goal of the Week award will end in the hands of the same person who first won it this season.
Diego Valeri took home the Week 35 honors for his impressive finish in the Portland Timbers' 5-0 victory over Chivas USA in their regular season finale. Valeri earned just under 43 percent of the vote, which was a healthy enough lead to see off Thierry Henry's stunning strike for the New York Red Bulls.
The Argentine midfielder now ends the regular season with four Goal of the Week awards. He also claimed it in Weeks 1, 15 and 30.
