After a three-week hiatus, Nick Rimando is back at the top of the Save of the Week world.
Rimando won the honors for the penultimate round of 2013 MLS regular season matches for his incredible double save in Real Salt Lake's scoreless draw with the Portland Timbers. Rimando took nearly 45 percent of the vote for his denial of a free kick and the ensuing rebound from close range.
The award is the veteran goalkeeper's eighth of the year, which is second only to Timbers goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts' 10. In total, RSL players have won 11 Save of the Week awards during the 2013 season.
