Pepe Reina

CURRENT CLUB: Napoli (Italy)

Pepe Reina was Liverpool's No. 1 goalkeeper for eight seasons before being sent on loan to Napoli for the 2013-14 season. He was part of the Spanish squad that won the 2010 World Cup.

SPANISH NATIONAL TEAM

Reina has spent much of his career behind Iker Casillas and Victor Valdes on Spain's depth chart. Most of his over 30 caps have come during friendlies.

CLUB CAREER

After spending his youth career with Barcelona, Reina made his debut with the club during the 2000-01 season. After two seasons with the club he moved on to Villareal, where he was the starter for three seasons. He made 284 appearances with Liverpool over his eight seasons with the club.
