CURRENT CLUB: Paris Saint-Germain (France)

Maxwell made his international debut with Brazil in 2013 despite being one of the top left backs in the world over the last decade. He has played for Ajax, Inter Milan, and Barcelona at the club level. He has played with Zlatan Ibrahimovic at each of his last four club teams.

BRAZILIAN NATIONAL TEAM

Maxwell played seven games for Brazil in 2013.

CLUB CAREER

Maxwell has won nine league titles and the 2010-11 Champions League with Barcelona. He was named to the Ligue 1 Team of the Year for the 2012-13 season.
