2012-13: In his third year with Tauro FC, Sánchez played in 14 games (13 starts) before departing his homeland, Panama, to accept a trial with D.C. United, eventually inking a loan deal with the Black-and-Red on 2/26/13.
2010-11: Sánchez’s second year at Tauro FC saw the young midfielder take the pitch 34 times (26 starts), logging 2,582 minutes for the club. The midfielder would score three goals in his sophomore season with Tauro FC, getting his first on 10/3/10 in a 3-1 win against Árabe Unido (Panama). The second came in a 1-0 victory against San Francisco FC (Panama) on 12/17/10 and Sánchez netted another in a 4-1 win against Alianza (Panama) on 4/10/11.
2010: Sánchez made his professional debut for Panama side Tauro FC of the Liga Panameña de Fútbol (LPF) on 8/7/10, coming in as a substitute in a League match against Sporting San Miguelito (Panama). Sánchez would make seven substitute appearances for the club in 2010.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
2012: Sánchez would feature in 10 matches for various levels of international competition in 2012. The midfielder played and started in five friendly matches, most notably starting in a match against the U.S. Men’s National Team on 1/25/12. Sánchez would also join the Panama U-23 team for CONCACAF Olympic Qualifying, playing in five matches (two starts) for that team as well.
