Hulk gets his name because of his massive build. He owns a powerful left foot that he uses when he cuts in from the right wing.

BRAZILIAN NATIONAL TEAM

Hulk has registered over 30 caps since making his international debut in 2009. He scored his first international goal against Denmark in May 2012.

CLUB CAREER

Hulk cut his teeth playing in the J-League in Japan before signing with Porto in 2009. He spent four seasons with the club, winning the Europa League in 2011. He joined Zenit in September 2012.
