Daniel Carvajal is a solid, young right back who spent a season with Bayer Leverkusen in 2012-13 before returning to Real Madrid. He has yet to make his senior national team debut.

CLUB CAREER

Carvajal is a product of Real Madrid's academy, spending nine years in the club's system. He was signed by Bayer Leverkusen prior to the 2012-13 season but his contract contained a buy back clause. After a successful season with the German club, Madrid bought him back a year later and he made 31 appearances in La Liga for the club this season.
