Adam Mena

Mena, 23, looks to enter the professional ranks following five years at the University of Notre Dame. During his time with the Fighting Irish, the 5-foot-10, 145-pound midfielder appeared in 55 matches, registering six goals and five assists before suffering a season-ending ACL injury in the first match of his final year. The Holland, Michigan, native also spent three seasons with the Indiana Invaders in the PDL, where he registered 14 goals in 16 matches. As a result of his efforts with the Invaders, Mena was named to the PDL All-Central Conference team in 2011.

5TH-YR SENIOR (2012): Played in one match in 2012 as a fifth-year player ... Was projected to start on the left side of midfield ... Can play anywhere in midfield or at forward ... Earned his first career start in a 1-0 win over St. John's ... Deposited the game-winning goal in the 80th minute in a 2-1 victory at Indiana.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2009): Appeared in 16 matches and tallied one goal ... a valuable contributor off the bench for the Fighting Irish ... Big East Academic All-Star.

AS A FRESHMAN (2008): Did not see game action.
