The Italian midfielder finished second on the Impact with five MLS assists (eight all competitions) in 2015, first MLS season, logging 2,000 league minutes and contributing to the club's run to the CONCACAF Champions League final. A central midfielder who combines bite and savvy, Donadel will compete for a starting place in the midfield in 2018.
OUTSIDE MLS: Donadel has extensive European club experience, including time spent with AC Milan, Napoli, Fiorentina, Parma and Sampdoria. In all, he has played over 300 professional games in Italy.
INTERNATIONAL: Donadel captained Italy to the 2004 UEFA U21 European Championship, in Germany. He also won a bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Athens that year. He played 31 games with the U21 selection, after representing Italy with the U15, U17, U19 and U20 selections.
