2014: Made his first appearance in MLS in a 1-1 draw against Sporting Kansas City… In 12 minutes of action Texeira drew a foul that led to Dallas’ game-tying goal in the 90th minute… Started four matches and appeared in seven through May 17 and scored his first goal in a 3-2 loss to Seattle on April 12… Returned to the starting lineup for the first time since May 7, on Sept. 24 and scored twice, again versus Seattle… Started the next three matches scoring once, his fourth goal of the year, in a 2-1 win against LA on Oct. 12. 2013-2011: Appeared in 65 matches and scored 14 goals for Dutch first division side FC Groningen… Spent the first three seasons of his career with Defensor Sporting in Uruguay… Scored six goals in 22 appearances with the first division side.
