One of the most dangerous attackers on the United team, the MLS veteran was a big part of United's resurgent 2014 and 2015 seasons. Rolfe uses his agility and quickness in tight spaces to throw defenders off balance, which allows him to get off a quick shot or find a teammate in a dangerous area. The 34-year-old will look to bounce back from a 2016 season that was significantly affected by a serious concussion.
INTERNATIONAL: Rolfe earned his first cap with the United States national team during a friendly in Scotland on November 12, 2005. Went on to appear 10 times, registering one assist.
OUTSIDE MLS: From 2009-2011 Rolfe played for Danish Superliga club Aalborg BK where he appeared in 32 matches and netted a total of 6 goals.
COLLEGE: Concluded his career sixth all-time at Dayton in goals with 31, third in total points with 87 and as the Flyers career leader in assists with 25.
