Even if you're not a fan of El Tri, you will still get goosebumps when you watch this bicycle-kick goal by Mexican forward Raul Jimenez, which gave Mexico a 2-1 World Cup qualifying victory at home against Panama.
With a World Cup berth on the line -- a draw at home against Panama would have made the task for Mexico all the more difficult going into the final round of qualifiers on Tuesday -- Jimenez delivered with a goal for the ages with just five minutes left in the match.
Adding to the magic of the moment is the fact that Jimenez was on the field for only two minutes after coming on as a sub. And it came in the Estadio Azteca, the stadium he calls home with his club side Club America.
The strike cancelled out the equalizer by Panama's Luis Tejada which came just minutes earlier and it crushed the visitors.
"Sad because of all the effort that my teammates put in deserved a little more than that goal," Tejada said. "I don't think he'll score another one like that. But that's soccer and we have to keep working."
