2019 MLS Regular Season - Week 6
Vancouver Whitecaps FC vs. LA Galaxy
BC Place — Vancouver
April 5 - 10 PM ET
TV: TSN1
STREAMING: MLS LIVE on ESPN+ in US
The Vancouver Whitecaps picked up their first point of 2019 courtesy of a Cascadia Cup draw against the Seattle Sounders and they look for their first win against the LA Galaxy, who may be without Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Ibrahimovic struck for a brace from the penalty spot in a 2-1 win over the Timbers in his return from an Achilles injury, but he didn’t play on turf during the regular season a year ago. He has hinted he will play Friday, but not explicitly stated as such. Last year’s match at BC Place, a 0-0 draw, was a week before his MLS debut.
