Another night, another blowout victory for the United States Under-20 men’s national team.
On Monday night, the Americans rolled to a 6-1 win over Trinidad & Tobago in their third match of the 2018 Concacaf U-20 Championship.
The FC Dallas contingent of Brandon Servania and Paxton Pomykal led the way, each scoring goals as the US now sit three points clear at the top of Group A heading into Wednesday’s game against Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, which is followed by Friday’s group-play finale vs. Suriname.
Pomykal also added an assist while Servania was named the USsoccer.com Man of the Match.
The U.S. — who can cinch a spot in the classification stage with a win over Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, combined with a draw between Trinidad & Tobago and Suriname — previously cruised to a 7-1 win over Puerto Rico and annihilated the US Virgin Islands, 13-0, with a record-setting performance.
