Welcome to our first-ever year-in-review! We were so excited to kick off MLS GO this past fall and can’t help but look back on the past few months.
In short, we’re amazed at how much our team accomplished in such a short time, bringing together league operators and youth athletes to experience the best of what youth soccer can be. Here’s a quick look at the big things that happened in 2023.
The kickoff
We officially kicked off our first MLS GO season in 12 cities:
- Pickering OH
- New Orleans LA
- New York city NY
- Downingtown, PA
- Spanish Fort, AL
- Washington DC
- Malibu, CA
- Bakersfield, CA
- Winter Garden, FL
- Orlando, FL
- Rockville, MD
- Queensbury, NY
In total, we saw over 2,400 kids play. What a great first season!
Favorite moment
Without a doubt, our favorite moment was seeing our youth athletes test out their skills on the lawn of the White House.
MLS Club matches
While we love letting our kids play like the pros, we also wanted them to watch the pros. So, we were thrilled to offer our youth athletes a free MLS match ticket. In total, we gave away more than 400 tickets.
All of these wonderful moments in just a few months. We can’t wait to see what a full year brings in 2024!
