It was the busiest week of the 2019 MLS regular season, with 19 games total, and tons of great performances for the Team of the Week presented by Audi.
LAFC, who won two games in Week 18 by an 11-2 combined scoreline, lead the way with three players and their head coach honored. All told, 13 clubs were represented in the squad for the week.
Audi Player Index Spotlight
This week's spotlight player is LAFC forward Carlos Vela, who scored two goals and an assist in a 6-1 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Saturday. Vela earned 1,712 points for his performance, best in MLS for the week.
In addition to those stats, Vela had a 71 percent accuracy rate, made five key passes and completed 50 percent of his crosses in the match.
