As they say in the ballet, sometimes you just need to get stuck in.
That's what Sporting KC defender Seth Sinovic will do on Sunday when he'll make a guest appearance in The Nutcracker with the Kansas City Ballet.
A week ago, Sinovic was dancing in celebration after Sporting KC won the 2013 MLS Cup final. Now he'll dance with the Sugar Plum Fairy and Mouse King and toy soldiers in the famous holiday show. In fact, he'll do it twice: He's doing two performances on Sunday.
Originally, recently retired Sporting KC goalkeeper Jimmy Nielsen was meant to do it a few days ago, but the White Puma was forced to pull out due to an injury.
