The Seattle Sounders look to remain unbeaten at CenturyLink Field when they host Atlanta United Sunday afternoon in the penultimate match of Week 19.
The Sounders (9-5-5) bounced back from a 3-0 loss at NYCFC to defeat Columbus Crew SC, 2-1, at MAPFRE Stadium. Nico Lodeiro canceled out Pedro Santos' early goal from the penalty spot with a PK of his own in the 56th minute and then struck for the late winner in second-half stoppage time.
Atlanta United (9-7-3) battled the New York Red Bulls to a wild 3-3 draw at Mercedes-Benz Stadium Sunday afternoon. Josef Martinez struck for a second-half brace to give the Five Stripes their second lead of the game after Justin Meram's opening goal. But Bradley Wright-Phillips leveled even later in stoppage time to secure a 3-3 draw.
