It appears that
Inter Miami CF
will have to look elsewhere than Radamel Falcao if they're to acquire a big-name striker.
The 34-year-old Colombian is evidently staying with Turkish side Galatasaray, which he joined in 2019, after club president Mustafa Cengiz revealed in a press conference that Falcao has accepted a pay cut and will remain with the team.
Speculation had surrounded a potential move to Miami for Falcao after pictures surfaced of his name on jerseys worn by supporters and on store racks.
It remains unclear exactly what led up the creation of those jerseys but, alas, this seems to have put a rest to the "Falcao to Miami" movement for the time being.
