Real Salt Lake goalkeeper Jeff Attinella has gotten plenty of opportunities to show his talent over the past couple of seasons when Nick Rimando has been away on national-team duty.
In those opportunities, Attinella has now won four Save of the Week awards in the past two seasons after taking home the honors this week.
Attinella's point-blank save on Sporting Kansas City's Jacob Peterson blew away the competition in Week 21, taking home a clear majority of the vote.
New York City FC's Josh Saunders, the Houston Dynamo's Tyler Deric and the Columbus Crew SC's Steve Clark all collected between 13 and 15 percent of the vote. The LA Galaxy's Brian Rowe finished in fifth with 7.2 percent of the vote.
