TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Released
Real Salt Lake and defender Adam Henley have mutually agreed to part ways, the club announced on Monday.
The 24-year-old appeared in five matches, starting a pair of matches, and totaled 260 minutes with RSL — all in the 2018 season. He also made eight appearances on loan with Real Monarchs in the USL Championship.
After spending the entirety of his youth career with Blackburn, Henley, who has been capped twice by Wales, joined RSL for the 2018 season.
“We want to thank Adam for his time with the club and wish him the best in his next opportunity,” RSL general manager Craig Waibel said in a statement. “This move is mutually beneficial as it allows Adam the opportunity to openly seek out a club where he might find more playing time to continue his development and also allows us the roster flexibility to potentially make additions to the squad in the summer.”
