On Thursday, we told you about the comprehensive "Since 1974" history page the San Jose Earthquakes digital staff put together ahead of the club's unveiling of its brand new logo during a 40th anniversary celebration which is to come later this month.
That post also mentioned the Quakes' brand new soccer-specific stadium, which is set to open at the beginning of the 2015 MLS season, as one of the key factors of the club moving forward into a new era in the club's history.
Through his Twitter account, social media tool Vine and a personal Tumblr page (the best week-to-week photo and information source), Quakes president Dave Kaval has done a fantastic job of giving fans an inside look at the stadium's construction progress thus far. It's almost like being at the construction site every single day yourself.
