The Philadelphia Union have established and funded a gameday employee assistance fund to financially assist part-time Subaru Park staff due to the postponement of the MLS season.
The fund will be designated for employees that signed up to work the home opener on March 14 or any additional games that have been postponed. It also applies to personnel who would've have worked any games of the Philadelphia Union II, the organization's USL Championship side, which also plays its home games at the stadium.
Up to 225 employees would be eligible to draw from the fund, club president Tim McDermott told the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Game day employees needing assistance may contact Spectra at (610) 859-3100.
