Major League Soccer on Wednesday released the complete list of players avaialable for Thursday's 3:00 p.m. ET waiver Draft, to be conducted via conference call.
Beginning with the expansion San Jose Earthquakes, each MLS team will follow the specified draft order in selecting players, and if a team selects any player, that team will then be repositioned at the bottom of the next player waiver wire, as per the Competition Guidelines Manual.
Also per league rules, there will be no trades allowed during the draft.
