MLS NEXT Invites Top Players to Talent ID Events Presented by Allstate this Fall

Talent ID Events will be in different cities across the United States and give players an opportunity to display their skills for coaches and scouts

NEW YORK (Monday, August 21, 2023) – MLS NEXT announced five Invitational Talent ID Events presented by Allstate that will take place in different cities across the United States this fall. The invitationals are an opportunity for top players outside of MLS NEXT to display their talents for coaches and scouts, while providing a chance to experience an MLS NEXT atmosphere.

In partnership with Allstate, MLS NEXT is committed to providing more opportunities for players in the United States and Canada to join the elite player development pathway in MLS NEXT. All MLS NEXT Invitational Talent ID Events are free, will provide invited participants with a high-quality MLS NEXT experience, and feature two different sessions per day. Dates and areas for each event include:

  • Friday, August 25 – Detroit, Mich.
  • Friday, September 15 – New York, N.Y.
  • Saturday, October 7 – Fresno, Calif.
  • Friday, October 27 – San Diego, Calif.
  • Friday, November 17 – Austin, Texas
