MLS Fantasy: How will FIFA international dates and the U-20 World Cup affect your team?

The next 10 weeks of MLS Fantasy Soccer: Manager will be the toughest stretch of the season. I've already gone over the schedules for each team during this stretch, so now let's discuss the players.

In the table below you'll find every player who will miss time due to International friendlies and FIFA World Cup qualifiers. It also lists the U-20 men's national team players who will be participating at the 2013 Toulon Tournament in France (May 28-June 8) as well as the U-20 World Cup in Turkey (June 21-July 18).

Some players will miss multiple rounds while others won't miss any time at all. There are number of players who will return in time to play in Round 16 (June 15-19), but whether they play or not will all depend on the amount of rest they've had, their travel arrangements and the location of their next MLS match.

For example, players like Omar Gonzalez and Brad Davis will likely be with the US national team for the game on June 18 at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah. The LA Galaxy play at home on June 19 while the Houston Dynamo play at Montreal. You'll want to monitor this situation more closely as these dates approach.

I will be updating the list below until all call-ups are finalized. Use this and the weekly schedule breakdown from Wednesday to make informed decisions over the next several weeks. As far as injuries go, the longer you wait to make your transfers each week, the better off you'll be come game time. Injuries are usually released Friday, but look for updates regarding key players on Twitter (@MLSFantasy) throughout the week.
