After consecutive draws on the East Coast, LAFC will look to snap a four-match winless streak and can clinch the Supporters' Shield against a Toronto FC side unbeaten in their last seven league contests.
LAFC (19-4-7) rebounded from an early deficit, but settled for a 1-1 draw against the Philadelphia Union Saturday night at Talen Energy Stadium. Kacper Przybylko put the hosts in front in the 3rd minute, but Carlos Vela leveled two minutes from halftime with his league-leading 28th goal of the season.
Toronto FC (12-10-9) are fourth in the East, but are looking to rebound from a 1-0 loss to the Montreal Impact in the first leg of the Canadian Championship final Wednesday at Stade Saputo. Ignacio Piatti scored the lone goal with a sensational strike from 25 yards out in the 17th minute. It snapped TFC's unbeaten run of nine straight games in all competitions.
