After a comprehensive midweek win over Sporting Kansas City, LAFC look to make it two wins in a row when they host a Vancouver Whitecaps side coming off their first loss in seven games at Banc of California Stadium. 


LAFC (12-2-4) rebounded from their second loss of the season to defeat Sporting Kansas City, 5-1, Wednesday at Children's Mercy Park. After Christian Ramirez gave the visitors a 1-0 halftime lead, Diego Rossi and Carlos Vela tacked on goals 13 minutes apart to extend the lead to 3-0. Yohan Croizt pulled SKC to within a goal in the 85th minute before Rodolfo Zelaya and Mohamed El-Munir tacked on late goals.


The Whitecaps (4-7-8) were moments away from extending an unbeaten streak to seven games, but conceded a late decisive goal by Kelvin Leerdam in a 1-0 Cascadia Cup loss to the the Seattle Sounders at CenturyLink Field.
